Our services include routine well-child checkups, school and sports physicals, same-day sick appointments, and fast, in-house lab testing. Whether your child needs a regular checkup or care for an unexpected illness, we’re here to support their health every step of the way.

Well Child Visits & Physicals

Ages: Birth through 18

Ongoing care, from newborn checkups to pre-college transition visits.

Visit Schedule:​

1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 30 months

Annual visits starting at age 3

School & sports physicals

Pre-college care & transfer to adult physicians

Routine Screenings:

Lead test: 12 and 24 months

​Lipid Panel: At age 11 or when medically indicated

On-Site Lab Services
​
Accurate, in-house results in under 20 minutes.
Tests include:

Strep, Flu, COVID, Mono, RSV, Hemoglobin, Lead, Lipid Panel
Routine Screenings:

Lead Test: 12 and 24 months

Lipid Panel: At age 11 or when medically indicated
*Additional labs may be ordered based on symptoms or provider recommendation.

What to Know Before Your Visit
Arrive a Little Early
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. This gives you plenty of time to check in and helps us stay on schedule for all our families.
Running Late?
If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so we can care for everyone on time.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 fee is charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.
